How to frank letters and parcels anytime and anywhere.

Here’s how to frank your letters with the Post-App

  • Select the format for standard letters up to 100 g or large letters up to 1000 g.
  • Create a letter code for A Mail or B Mail shipping speed.
  • Write the letter code you receive in the top right-hand corner of the envelope and post it in a yellow letter box.

Here’s how to frank your parcels with the Post-App

  • Choose whether you want us to collect the parcel or to drop it off yourself.
  • Create parcel labels for PostPac Priority or Economy for up to 2 kg, 10 kg or 30 kg.
  • Simply use your smartphone address book to enter addresses.
  • Select the “Registered” value-added service.
  • Print your own parcel labels or have them printed and mailed at selected places of posting.
  • You benefit from an online discount of CHF 1.50 per consignment.
