Full range of postal services
You can find the full range of Swiss Post postal services in our branches. You receive professional care from our employees and can handle your postal business quickly and easily: posting and collecting letters and parcels and making inpayments and outpayments. Payments can be made in cash or using the PostFinance Card. Brand-name items related to Swiss Post complement the offer.
Branches with partners
Large range of frequently requested services
Branches with partners are located in grocery stores, tourist offices, bakeries, municipal administrations or other shops. These partners undertake postal operations on behalf of Swiss Post. At most locations, postal operations can be carried out via self-service. If this is not possible, trained staff serve you at the easily recognizable, Swiss Post yellow counter. In some cases, self-service is possible.
The range includes our most frequently required services. You can mail letters and parcels, collect consignments and purchase stamps. You can make cashless inpayments with the PostFinance Card. You can also withdraw cash up to CHF 500.00 using the PostFinance Card.
The customer advisors at PostFinance branches provide you with professional, comprehensive financial advice on payments, savings, investments, retirement planning and financing. We are also pleased to provide you with advice on our numerous electronic services such as e-finance, e-payment and PostFinance Mobile.
