1  For parcel redirection, there is a choice of two options. The flat rate invoicing option can be chosen by private customers only. The surcharge for parcel redirection with the “individual invoicing” option is paid individually for each parcel upon delivery.

Redirecting business mail
Redirect your business mail in full or part

We offer special solutions to our business customers for redirecting their mail. In addition to traditional and longer-term redirection of all business mail to another company address, our business customers can also selectively redirect mail. More specifically: they can determine which consignments they wish to receive at another destination address and for how long.

Daily and weekly newspapers
Redirect newspapers during your holidays or suspend delivery

The publisher is responsible for redirecting newspapers to your holiday address or temporarily suspending your subscription.

Issue an order to your publisher

Click on the relevant newspaper and select “Forward subscription” or “Suspend subscription” to issue the desired order to the relevant publisher.

FAQs

Ideally, you should issue your order once you are certain of the time at which the order should take effect. If you issue us your order later than four working days prior to its intended start, please submit it no later than 11 p.m. We can only ensure the order takes effect on the following day if you comply with this deadline. Such an order would be an express order, surcharge: CHF 10.

If you do not have a login for swisspost.ch verified by mail, orders will require at least four days’ prior notice.

You can change or cancel your issued orders as follows:

  • Up to 2 days prior to expiry
  • Access is possible via the login for swisspost.ch, or in the case of one-off orders, without a login using the direct link in the confirmation e-mail.

Alternatively, you can modify or cancel your order by telephone up to two days prior to its expiry: +41 848 888 888 (CHF 0.08/min. from landline phones within Switzerland).

Daily newspapers are often delivered by private delivery businesses. In this case, the newspaper will be delivered despite the order. Inform your daily newspaper of the forwarding order. If the newspaper is delivered by Swiss Post, this will of course be forwarded.
