Legal documents with special delivery

Special delivery is only possible within the relevant debt collection district. It will be made within ten working days of you handing the consignment to us. The legally permitted delivery times (as per DEBA) apply.

Agreements

We will agree the criteria for the special delivery with you in a contract. We will also agree the average annual success rate to be achieved.

A withdrawal order enables you to withdraw legal documents that are already being processed by Swiss Post.
