In the growing online trade, it is increasingly important for customers to receive parcels wherever they want. As a trader, you also benefit from this flexibility.
Deliver parcels when your customers are at home
The following services are intended for Swiss Post business customers. They are available as value-added services for domestic parcels. A billing relationship with Swiss Post and a franking licence are required to send parcels.

Time slot delivery
Let your customers decide when they want to receive their parcel.
We offer the following time slots:
- 9 a.m. – 12 noon (Mon-Sat)
- 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. (Mon-Fri)
- 12 noon – 5 p.m. (Mon-Fri)
- 4.30 p.m. – 9 p.m. (Mon-Fri)
- 4.30 p.m. – 6 p.m. (Mon-Fri)
- 5.30 p.m. – 7 p.m. (Mon-Fri)
- 6.30 p.m. – 8 p.m. (Mon-Fri)
- 7.30 p.m. – 9 p.m. (Mon-Fri)
- Surcharge per parcel (excl. VAT)

Saturday delivery
With Saturday delivery, Swiss Post delivers parcels on Saturdays.
If requested, we notify recipients in advance by SMS or e-mail.
