Ordinary e-mails are poorly protected. They are as easy to read as a postcard. For this reason, companies need a reliable solution for exchanging sensitive information via e-mail. IncaMail meets rigorous requirements and is officially recognized by the Swiss Confederation as a secure electronic delivery platform.

What are the risks?

E-mails often contain sensitive and confidential data. This could include contracts, customer data or strategy papers. What happens if they fall into the wrong hands? You may be liable to prosecution. You could face serious fines, and your image could be damaged. All personal data relating to an identified or identifiable person must be protected, including their first and last names. This is stipulated in the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What IncaMail stands for The name “INCA” is based on the four security features of IncaMail:

    Swiss Post ensures that your e-mails remain complete and unchanged when sent via the Internet.

    Non-repudiability
    IncaMail verifies that your e-mails have been sent and received. For the “Registered” mailing option, you will receive a digitally signed receipt with a time stamp as proof.

  3. 3

    Confidentiality
    IncaMail encrypts your e-mails according to a patented process. The process guarantees that third parties will not be able to view or falsify your data during sending.

  4. 4

    Authentication
    IncaMail checks the senders and recipients of encrypted e-mails and evaluates them with up to three stars. As a minimum, the e-mail address must be verified.
