Deposit authorization

Your order for deposit allows us to leave your parcels in a safe place protected from the weather. Let us know free of charge where we can leave your parcels. This means you can receive parcels even if you’re not at home. Smaller parcels that fit in your private letter box will be delivered there.

For example:

  • In the stairwell
  • By the entrance to the building

If the location is unclear or not secure, we’ll invite you to collect your consignment from your branch.

Useful tip: if you want to receive a particular parcel in a different way, you can modify the setting just for the relevant parcel.

You can have a neighbour receive parcels that are too large for your private letter box. Your neighbour must live in the same building or an adjoining property.

Handover on a specified floor

We always deliver your parcels to a specified floor and hand them over in person.

If you are absent, the parcel will not be deposited on the specified floor.

  • For individual people: CHF 20.00
  • For entire households: CHF 40.00
