My Post 24

Sending and receiving consignments around the clock

The My Post 24 terminals make it easy to send and receive parcels and registered letters around the clock. Any payments for parcels can be made simply and conveniently at the terminal.

Continue to use or register for the PickPost and My Post 24 service.

To use My Post 24, complete the free, one-off registration process in the Customer Center.

If you already have a personal area in the Customer Center, complete the PickPost and My Post 24 option in the Customer Center.

The My Post 24 service is suitable for all customers domiciled in Switzerland who want more flexibility when sending and receiving their postal items.

Furthermore, a Swiss mobile phone number will be required for the usage of the My Post 24 service. To be able to receive the QR code to collect consignments the mobile phone in use must be able to receive a MMS.
