“My consignments” online service

With “My consignments”, you’ll never miss another parcel or letter with confirmation of receipt (registered or debt collection document): we automatically inform you in advance of any consignments that are scheduled to be delivered. This online service lets you prepare to receive your consignments or choose an option for receipt based on your requirements. It also allows you to pay online the import fees for your shipments from abroad.

For contactless receipt of your consignments, we recommend that you select the permanent setting “Deposit consignment” or, in the case of registered consignments, issue us the “Authorization for delivery”. Log in easily or create your login – and adjust it.

“My consignments” online service

    As soon as a parcel or letter with confirmation of receipt (registered or debt collection document) addressed to you is detected or changes in status occur (“Consignment on its way”, etc.), you automatically receive a notification by e-mail, SMS or you receive a push notification via the Post-App.

    After logging in, you can find an overview of consignments en route to you via “My consignments”.

    You can decide how to receive your consignments. Either before delivery or in the event of missed parcels.

You can select permanent settings for parcel consignments for the following services:

  • Deposit consignment
  • Delivery to neighbour
  • Delivery to upper floor
  • Desired day Monday to Friday
  • Desired day Saturday

If the consignment cannot be delivered, we will leave you a collection note. With “My consignments”, you can choose one of the following options online for the missed consignment: Extend collection period. Repeat delivery of the consignment on a specified date. Forward to a different address (business address, service point offering the PickPost service, My Post 24 terminal). Issue a single authorization for a third party.

What to do when you receive a collection note

If the consignment cannot be delivered, we will leave you a collection note. With “My consignments”, you can choose one of the following options online for the missed consignment:

  • Extend collection period
  • Repeat delivery of the consignment on a specified date
  • Forward to a different address (business address, service point offering the PickPost service, My Post 24 terminal)
  • Issue a single authorization for a third party

International shipments
Online payment of import fees

When an international shipment is being transported and import charges are due, you will be informed by SMS, e-mail or push notification in the application. This means you can conveniently pay these fees online (up to a maximum of CHF 100) before or after delivery. You can then manage the receipt of your consignment as if it were a domestic shipment.

This service is automatically enabled for all “My consignments” customers. You can disable (PDF, 356.9 KB) it easily in your Swiss Post Customer Login.

Placing orders

You can place orders conveniently by using the link in the notification (e-mail/SMS), directly by push notification in the Post-App or in the consignment overview for the “My consignments” online service after logging in. You can pay for fee-based services online using your credit balance in the login, your PostFinance Card, your TWINT account or your credit card.
