“My consignments” online service
With “My consignments”, you’ll never miss another parcel or registered letter: we inform you in advance about consignments to be delivered. With the online service, you can prepare to receive consignments or choose an option for receipt based on your requirements.
Here’s how it works
“My consignments” online service
As soon as a parcel or registered letter addressed to you is detected or changes in status occur (Consignment on the way, etc.), you automatically receive a notification by e-mail or SMS.
You can decide how to receive your consignments. Either before delivery or in the event of missed parcels.
- Allow the parcel to be deposited
- Delivery to a neighbour of your choice
- Issue authorization for delivery for registered letters or parcels with the Signature or Assurance value-added service in the mailbox or for depositing
- Delivery of consignment to upper floor
- Select desired day (Monday to Friday, or Saturday)
- Early-morning delivery (Tuesday to Saturday), 7 a.m. – 9 a.m.
- Evening delivery (Monday to Friday), 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Set another address (domicile address, PickPost point, My Post 24 terminal)

You can select permanent settings for the following services:

Delivery to an upper floor (subject to a charge)
Desired day (Mon.-Fri.)
Desired day Saturday

What to do when you receive a collection note
If the consignment cannot be delivered, we will leave you a collection note. With “My consignments”, you can choose one of the following options online for the missed consignment:
Extend collection period
Repeat delivery of the consignment on a specified date
Forward to a different address (business address, branch, PickPost point, My Post 24 terminal)
Issue a single authorization for a third party
You can place orders conveniently by using the link in the notification (e-mail/SMS) or directly in the consignment overview of “My consignments” after logging in. You can pay for fee-based services online using your credit balance in the login, your PostFinance Card or your credit card.

Please proceed as follows:
User profile > Address > If your address is verified, you will see “Address confirmed”. Otherwise, you have the option to request an activation code, which we will send to you by post to your domicile address. As soon as you have entered the code into the customer login using the details in the letter, the address is activated. You will start receiving the notifications immediately and your consignments will be shown in the consignment overview.
Wenn «Meine Sendungen» aktiviert ist, erhält man automatisch Informationen über alle ankommenden Sendungen, die an die im Kundenlogin Post hinterlegte Adresse adressiert sind. Zudem können Sendungen in der Sendungsübersicht «Meine Sendungen» manuell hinzugefügt und verfolgt werden (z.B. eine Sendung, die an die Familie adressiert ist oder eine Sendung, die man selber aufgegeben hat). Für diese Sendungen werden ebenfalls Nachrichten verschickt, jedoch mit weniger Informationsgehalt als für die automatisch zugeordneten. Um Sendungen manuell hinzuzufügen, benötigt man lediglich die Sendungsnummer.
You receive the first SMS or e-mail notification as soon as the consignment is scanned in a distribution center. The period until delivery varies, depending on the shipping option and on the time at which the parcel or registered letter is sorted. It ranges from a few hours to a few days before delivery (for example for a parcel with the Saturday delivery value-added service that is sorted on a Tuesday).
You can set the notification type in the Customer Center in your profile under Customer Login > Settings > Subscribe to notifications.
Notification (SMS or e-mail) on a matching consignment will be made the previous day, for a PostPac Economy usually during the day, normally between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. for a PostPac Priority. The recipient can change the delivery options until midnight. Swiss Post tries to take account of orders received later, but cannot guarantee this. The time is the same for all services.
Depending on the processing status of the consignment, or due to sender instructions, not all services can be offered. Therefore, only the services which can still be selected at that time will be shown.
If you have configured your permanent settings, you can still “override” these by means of individual orders.
