Transfer of consignment and billing data

With DataTransfer, you can transfer consignment data for your letter mail quickly and effectively. Once you have sent the data to us, we send you all the relevant mailing documents via the interface. This includes delivery notes and dispatch lists, which means that you do not have to create these documents yourself.

You can also use DataTransfer to access report data on your letters with barcode. You can then integrate these into your specialist applications.

With DataTransfer, you can transfer consignment data for your parcel consignments quickly and effectively. Once you have sent the data to us, our system adds the processing and delivery data to the addresses provided. This enables you to inform your recipients of the delivery status via SMS or e-mail. Alternatively, you yourself can order a delivery confirmation for each consignment.

Various standard reports are also available for your own evaluations. This means you can find out information such as when a consignment was delivered or whether any irregularities occurred.
