Provide consignment data
You send your consignment data with the “Manage Innight consignments” online service or via EDI interface.

Have goods collected
You prepare your goods. Then we’ll collect them from Monday to Friday in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, the Principality of Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

Customs clearance
We handle export and import customs clearance directly at our sites.

Goods are received
We deliver your consignments throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Swiss-Express “Innight” from Tuesday to Saturday.

Returns, containers and recycling material are collected
We take care of any empty, return or other containers and packaging materials, either for recycling or return shipment.

We are also happy to collect your consignments across Europe. Collection times are agreed individually with you based on transport volumes. The following times serve as a guideline:
Delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Delivery before the working day begins.
With the Swiss-Express “Innight” night courier service, your consignments will be delivered to the chosen delivery point early in the morning before the working day begins, ensuring that the goods are ready for the next step in production. To ensure access, we manage around 8,000 anonymized keys and badges.

Value-added services
Easy returns processing
Whether you’re handling an exchange, a repair or a warranty claim, the goods must be returned to the sender. Swiss-Express “Innight” collects your returns during delivery, or the recipient can request collection conveniently via TechApp or web portal. Swiss-Express “Innight” – returns, repairs, disposes of or recycles return shipments as required.
Rich Content Section
You can send the following types of goods with Swiss-Express “Innight”:
- Goods that a driver can handle using a trolley or pallet truck.
- Goods with a maximum length of 300 cm and a maximum girth (2 x height + 2 x width + longest side) of 400 cm.
- Goods weighing up to a maximum of 250 kg per transport unit (up to a maximum of 400 kg per consignment). As the maximum permissible load may vary depending on the type and nature of the consignment, we agree to conditions on a case-by-case basis.
- Goods that do not protrude beyond the side of the load carrier (e.g. EUR pallets (120 cm x 80 cm)).
- Goods that are packaged securely for transportation and the nature of which does not constitute a threat to the environment or to the health and safety of Swiss Post’s employees.
- Dangerous goods up to 1,000 ADR points.
