  • Issue an authorization so another person can collect your consignment
  • Have item delivered again
  • Forward to a different address

Second attempted delivery
To the same address

You have the same options for a second attempted delivery as for the first delivery:

  • Have parcel deposited: free of charge
  • Delivery to a neighbour: free of charge
  • Delivery to a specific floor: CHF 3.30
  • Saturday delivery: CHF 7
  • Early-morning or late delivery: from CHF 7

Prices:

  • Early-morning delivery: CHF 15

Second attempted delivery
To the same address

  • Authorization for delivery: free of charge
  • Monday to Friday: free of charge  
  • Saturday delivery: CHF 5

Forward a registered item
To a different address or branch

  • Forwarding to Swiss Post branches or PickPost access point: CHF 5
  • Forwarding to a different address, Monday to Friday: CHF 5
  • Forwarding to a different address, Saturday delivery: CHF 6

Second attempted delivery
To the same address

You have the same options for a second attempted delivery as for the first delivery:

  • Delivery in person to a specific floor: free of charge
  • Monday to Friday: free of charge
  • Saturday delivery: free of charge
