Have you missed a consignment and received a collection note? Collect it from the branch within the specified time frame or select an alternative that suits you. With the “My consignments” online service, you can choose from a range of different options (charges may apply):

  • Extend collection period

  • Arrange for a second delivery

  • Issue single authorization

  • Forwarding

Via the online service

Open the “My consignments” online service and enter the code indicated on your collection note. Then indicate what we should do with your parcel.

Via the app (smartphone)

Open the Post-App on your smartphone and scan the code on your collection note. Then select the option you require. The Post-App for iPhone and Android can be downloaded free of charge.
