Track consignement and transparency throughout the entire shipping process

Do you want to send goods such as keys or USB sticks as letters? Always choose secure packaging such as bubble wrap or cardboard envelopes.

A Mail Plus consignments can be posted on all working days until the acceptance cut-off time. The acceptance cut-off times may vary for each acceptance point. Locations and information on opening and acceptance cut-off times can be found under Locations.

You can track your A Mail Plus consignments throughout the entire dispatch process. We deliver them directly to the recipient’s private letter box or P.O. Box.

If you use DataTransfer, the status information is sent to you daily via the DataTransfer interface. After successful delivery, the “Track consignments” online service provides the sender customer with a PDF file with all consignment details, including the recipient address provided.

We deliver A Mail Plus consignments within one working day from Monday to Saturday.

A Mail Plus letters can be posted on any working day until the acceptance cut-off time. Acceptance cut-off times may vary between acceptance points. You can find our acceptance points, in addition to their acceptance cut-off times and collection times, in the location search. The same acceptance cut-off times that apply to A Mail apply to A Mail Plus.

Useful to know: If you post an A Mail Plus letter too late, the next day is considered to be the day of posting.

A Mail Plus consignments have an “A+” symbol on the barcode. Otherwise, the regular design requirements for A Mail letters apply. If your item has not yet been franked, staff at the branch will mark your consignment accordingly.

For A Mail Plus consignments up to B5 format, between 20 mm and 50 mm thick and up to 500 g, you should also affix the value-added barcode for manual processing (MAN) above, to the left or to the right of the address.

Business customers can post franked A Mail Plus consignments at a branch, at a business customer counter or during a collection.

If you post more than 10,000 A Mail Plus consignments at one of our letter centers, ou are entitled to a location discount. If posted early, there is an additional Discount. Detailed information can be found under Upstream services for letter processing.
