A Mail consignments that are only ready for posting after regular office hours can be handed in at Swiss Post letter and logistics centers until 9 p.m. The consignment is delivered the following workday, including Saturdays.

  • Delivery the next working day (incl. Saturday) 
  • Attractive prices which vary according to the time of posting 
  • With PP franking and A Mail labelling as required

Who is the service for? Preconditions

The “A Mail late posting” value-added service is offered to business customers who have a billing relationship with Swiss Post, and is based on a contract.

Important information
Posting locations

Can be posted at a Swiss Post letter center or a “letter processing logistics center”.

Your A Mail letters must arrive in a letter center or logistics center with letter processing within the scheduled time frame for late posting (6.31 p.m. to 9 p.m.). If earlier local posting deadlines apply, Swiss Post reserves the right to shorten the A Mail late posting window.
