Parcels

Shape, size and material
Standard is affordable
Your parcel should be cuboid (box-shaped). This enables us to process it by machine and means you do not incur any additional costs.
Peculiar shapes, sizes or materials need to be processed manually, or may be considered bulky goods. In these cases, you will have to pay a surcharge.

Packing
Adhesive tape instead of string
- Tape up your parcel using adhesive tape and do not use any string
- Provide at least 3 cm of cushioning for loose or delicate contents

Addressing
Legibly with a label
- Stick the address on the bottom right of the large surface (not on any of the narrow surfaces).
- Use hand- or machine-written labels to address parcels. Do not use any empty rows or underscores.
