Business reply label

With business reply labels, you enable your customers to return goods at no extra cost, thereby providing the highest possible level of service.

Returns labels for distance sellers 

With returns labels for distance sellers (99.01 labels), you give your customers the option of returning goods to you at a preferential rate. You also cut your returns management expenses.

You enclose the scheduled and pre-printed returns labels (99.01 labels) with the consignment. When returning goods, your customers stick the labels on the parcel and pay the return shipment costs (postage). By doing so, they benefit from a reduction of the rate of CHF 1.50 per parcel.

This price reduction applies to all weight groups and for all posting methods:

  • posting at the post office counter
  • pick@home
  • My Post 24 parcel terminal

You can combine the labels with the customer/order number, making returns processing a lot easier.

Delivery of the order without returns label

The customers themselves take care of addressing return shipments at the standard private customer rates.

Who is this service for?

Swiss Post returns management is intended for distance sellers who send around 2,500 or more parcels per year with Swiss Post.

You can only use return labels for distance selling returns.
These labels have a specified design and a dedicated franking licence.
The 18-digit consignment barcode begins with 99.01.XXXXXX.XXXXXXXX.
