The letter is franked.
The letter has a barcode with the sender’s franking licence number (from WebStamp, Registered Prepaid or My Post 24).
Note for business customers: letters that are ready to send must be posted with a barcode list or delivery note (exceptions: Registered Prepaid and My Post 24).
