The maximum postal dimensions published there, for example “L 150 / L + C 300” for Great Britain, must be observed for bulky items.

They consist of two conditions. “L” stands for the longest side in cm, no side may be longer than 150 cm. “C” stands for the circumference, which together with the longest side must not exceed 300 cm. The following calculation shows a permissible example:

All consignments must be accompanied by a waybill. Create the waybill using the online service “Create waybill (payment in cash)” either at home or on your mobile device. Alternatively, we can prepare the waybill at the counter for you for a surcharge of CHF 5.00

As a business customer with a billing relationship, you create the accompanying documents via our “Create waybill (on account)” online service.

Liability for the contents of your consignments upon loss or damage of up to CHF 500.00 is automatically included in the shipping price.
