Here’s how it works
Swiss-Express “Moon” consignments can be posted at branches on any working day until the acceptance cut-off time. Acceptance cut-off times may vary between acceptance points. You can find our acceptance points, in addition to their acceptance cut-off times and collection times, in the location search. We deliver your consignment to your recipients by 9 a.m. the next working day, including on Saturdays.
Business customers can also post their Swiss-Express “Moon” consignments at a logistics center.

Surcharges
For forwarding orders, recipients pay CHF 8.00 (incl. VAT) per consignment. We return undeliverable items as follows:
- Letters as A Mail: free of charge
- Parcels as PostPac Economy: subject to a fee as per the price list (PDF, 104 KB)
