With PostPac Economy, we deliver your parcels reliably and inexpensively throughout Switzerland generally within two working days, from Monday to Friday. PostPac Economy consignments mailed on Saturday are delivered on the following Wednesday.

Online discount
A discount of CHF 1.50 (VAT incl.) per consignment is granted on parcel labels created via the “Domestic parcel labels” online service, via the Post-App or at a My Post 24 terminal (PostPac Priority, PostPac Economy and bulky goods).
Useful information: bulky goods cannot be posted at My Post 24 terminals.

Returns to mail-order companies: you receive a CHF 1.50 discount with a pre-printed label featuring a consignment barcode that begins with 99.01.

Online discount
A discount of CHF 1.50 (VAT incl.) per consignment is granted on parcel labels (PostPac Priority, PostPac Economy and bulky goods) created via the “Domestic parcel labels” online service. This discount will also apply to consignments with data delivery via DataTransfer, “Barcode” web service and Digital Commerce API.

You will receive a discount on monthly revenue of CHF 500.00 or more.

Surcharge for oversized or heavy parcels
Ensure that the maximum permissible weights and dimensions are observed. If necessary, split the consignment into several parcels or send it as a small consignment.
If we receive parcels that are too heavy or oversized, we will, as an exception, deliver them by the most appropriate means and in accordance with our capabilities. This ensures that your parcel reaches its recipient as quickly as possible, saves on transport and means that you don’t have to collect the parcel. We reserve the right to restrict the range of services for these parcels. We apply the following surcharges for expenses incurred:
- CHF 100 (excluding VAT) for weights up to 40 kg
- CHF 135 (excluding VAT) if the weight exceeds 40 kg or the maximum dimensions are exceeded
If we cannot deliver the consignment, you will be required to pay the same surcharge for return shipment. No surcharge is applied for forwarding consignments.
