Online discount

A 15% discount is granted on parcel labels created via the “Domestic parcel labels” online service or at a My Post 24 terminal (PostPac Priority, PostPac Economy and bulky goods). An exception is size L PostPac Priority (for PostPac Priority domestic shipping labels between 2 and 10 kg), which does not receive a discount. Bulky goods cannot be posted at My Post 24 terminals.

Online discount

A 10% discount is granted on parcel labels created via the “Domestic parcel labels” online service (PostPac Priority, PostPac Economy and bulky goods). This discount will also apply to consignments with data delivery via DataTransfer, “Barcode” web service and Digital Commerce API.

Surcharges for business customers

For parcels with weights and dimensions differing from the maximum weights and dimensions for standard parcels and bulky goods, we apply expense-related surcharges starting from CHF 100.00. We reserve the right to limit the range of services for such consignments. If we cannot deliver the consignment, you will be required to pay the same surcharge for return shipment. No surcharge is applied for forwarding operations.

Forwarded and return shipments for business customers

For parcels forwarded to an address at the request of the recipient, the recipient must pay a flat fee price of CHF 7.43 (excl. VAT), regardless of the weight of the parcel. If the recipient returns the parcel to you after receiving it, this is deemed a reconsignment and the corresponding parcel price must be paid. Notified parcels and express items which cannot be delivered or remain uncollected will be subject to tax and returned to the sender via the PostPac Economy or Bulky goods Economy service, depending on the format (for return shipments, a surcharge of CHF 0.47 excl. VAT is levied).

Charges for additional processing

  • Your customer advisor or the Packaging and Address Quality Competence Center can advise you on the correct packaging and addressing of parcels and provide recommendations free of charge.
  • The specifications for parcels that can be processed automatically are also described in detail in the brochure “Instructions for sending Swiss-Express and parcel consignments”.

In the event of deviations from these conditions, Swiss Post may add a surcharge for additional processing. For customers with a “contract for postal services”, the surcharge is agreed as an integral part of the contract.
