You and your talent
We fill over 750 apprenticeships every year, with a total of more than 1,900 apprentices working across 19 different professions at Swiss Post. In addition to logistics, you are also in the best of hands with us in the areas of IT, technology and customer and office functions.
Due to the high demand for specialists, we invest a great deal in IT training programmes. As an apprentice, you benefit from basic training at Swiss Post’s own talent incubator at the ICT Campus in Bern. We are now also offering apprenticeships to become a digital business developer.

Apprenticeships for people with an impairment
We take into account your individual needs and do everything we can to ensure that there is nothing to stop you from benefiting from interesting training. Our development culture is geared towards your strengths and potential. At Swiss Post, we live up to our social responsibilities and embrace diversity and inclusion.
Requirement
We offer apprenticeships for people with impairments in a wide range of professions. You need to be receiving support from the disability insurance office. You can simply apply for a position advertised in the usual way, and we will clarify your options for you.
You don’t need to write a cover letter. When you submit your application to us, you will answer three questions. Please explain in your answer to the first question that you have an impairment and specify the name of the person in charge of your case at the disability insurance office.
