Do you want us to tell you when a consignment is on its way to you? With “My consignments”, private customers receive free information on the consignment status and can manage their consignments.

Additional information with “My consignments”
This means you know even better when your parcel will reach you
We are enhancing “My consignments”. We are now able to provide you with much more accurate information about your parcel delivery time. You will generally receive a time slot of 40 to 90 minutes. You also receive additional messages on the day of delivery.
You can now also track the progress of your parcel in real time in the last few minutes. This can make it easier for you to receive your consignments.
The new functions are available in more and more areas of Switzerland and are automatically activated for “My consignments” customers. They are in the development phase and therefore run under the Swiss Post early Label.

You can track the status of your consignment conveniently via our “Track & Trace” online service.
Please note that consignment tracking for mail items being sent abroad cannot yet be fully guaranteed for all destination countries.

Use of Track consignments is free.
With a verified customer account in the “My Post” customer portal, you can see a list of all your recent consignments when you log in.
To ensure that you can find a consignment that you send or return in the consignment overview, please make sure that you mail your consignment using your account (e.g. pick@home) and that your sender address matches the one registered in your Swiss Post Customer Login.
You can also add consignments manually. You need the consignment number to do so.
Notifications with “My consignments”
With a customer account in the “My Post” customer portal, you can receive information free of charge about the status and delivery of your consignments.
You can Settings > Notifications. For convenient and up-to-date information, we recommend that you activate notifications in the Post-App. Menu > Settings > Notifications.
The time of notification depends on the respective consignment. You will generally receive a message when the sender registers the parcel, when your parcel is sorted and after the delivery has been made. In more and more areas, you will now receive additional messages about delivery time on the day of delivery. ( post.ch/early )
We can now provide you with much more precise information about the time of parcel delivery and inform you promptly if the delivery time slot changes during the course of delivery. You can also track your parcel in real time in the last few minutes before delivery.We would like to make it easier for you to receive your consignments. The new service is available in more and more areas of Switzerland.( post.ch/early )
The service is currently under development, runs under the early Label and is not yet available for all parcel products. For various reasons, the new functions may not always be available. For example, if certain rounds are deactivated at short notice. However, based on the experience gained, we are able to continually improve the service.
No. Swiss Post has the highest standards with regard to data protection and employee protection. The data is only for customer information purposes.
When “My consignments” is activated, you automatically receive information about all incoming consignments addressed to the address stored in your Swiss Post Customer Login.
In future we will offer you such a selection in Settings > Notifications.
You can add consignments manually in the “My consignments” overview and track them by entering your e-mail address in the field provided (e.g. a consignment addressed to your family or a consignment you have posted yourself). Messages are then also sent for these consignments, but with less information content than for the automatically assigned consignments. To add consignments manually, all you need is the consignment number.
